In 2019-20, statutory testing and moderation was suspended on account of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data for the academic year was assessed based on teacher judgements and targets set against prior attainment. Rochdale Local Authority and the Department for Education did not collect data information for schools so a national and local avaerage is not available for Holy Family to be compared against.
Therefore, based on teacher assessment, the school results at the end of each Key stage for 2019-20 are set out below:
Foundation Stage
In 2020, 70% of the pupils at the end of Foundation Stage were working at expected levels for their age or equivalent to a Good Level of Development (GLD)

Phonics Screening Check - 2019 outcomes only.
In 2020, the Phonics Screen Check was not carried out. Data has not been generated for the Year 1 cohort for 2020. The Department for Education has determined that the cohort who missed the phonic check will be assessed in the autumn term of Year 2. The data below is the 2019 data only.
The phonics screen check is administered to children in Year 1 each year and children can achieve only a pass. Any children who do not successfully meet the standard in Year 1 are re-tested in Year 2.
